Garden Inspiration!
A wonderful visit to Mackinac Island, Michigan inspired me to replant a garden bed. I cut back some Autumn Joy Sedum that had become overgrown and stragely and added some flowers to immulate the amazing gardens on Mackinac Island. There is still more to add and adjust but I think it is a pretty great start!
I love Sugar Creek Gardens in Kirkwood, Missouri. They have such a wonderful selection of annuals, perennials, native plants and more! The staff is very knowledgable and helpful and the garden club really pays off! I saved $5.00 on this trip!

While on Mackinac Island I took a tour of The Grand Hotel. Not only is the hotel a step back in time think Somewhere in Time which was filmed on the island and in the hotel and around the island.
There was a super cute flower shop with small vases and cut flowers. They were even setting up the small vases for display when I visited. I purchased two small vases and they included some seeds for planting! Combined with an existing vase i picked up at The Refined Room, I think it makes a really cute little vase trio #FlowersFromYourGarden set! I placed it as a centerpiece on a small wooden Threshold tray from Target
